All of your progress, checklists, and lifetime collections are stored strictly on your mobile device using local storage. If you delete the Cross Country Collector app from your phone, all of this local data is automatically and permanently removed.
Manually Resetting Data in the App
To manually delete or reset your data without uninstalling the app, follow these steps:
- Launch the Cross Country Collector app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the bottom right navigation tab with the Gear icon to open the Settings screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
- Tap on the "Delete My Data" button.
- Confirm your decision to permanently reset your collections.
Purchase History & Support Requests
If you have made in-app purchases and would like your transaction logs or associated billing data removed from our sales histories, please email our support team with your billing details.
